CrossFit
Class led by one or more instructors of 1h, which consists of a general warm-up, specific warm-up, technical explanation or strength work and main workout.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
It is a training program of 1h, which aims to improve the performance of athletes. Where you are looking to increase your aerobic capacity, burn fat and increase muscle tone, all at the same time.
Weightlifting Classes
They are classes focused on seeking to improve and perfect all the necessary technique for the main movements in the Olympic lifts, which are very present in everything that refers to Crossfit. In Weightlifting classes you can find a more detailed approach in everything related to (mobility, technique, strength, coordination and control of the body in each movement)
BURN IT
45-minute high intensity class, where bicycles, rowing, weights and simple gym movements are combined to generate a workout where the greatest amount of calories will be burned.
OB (Open Box)
They are Hours available for clients to train on their own, their own workouts, outside of the usual classes, may or may not be supervised by a coach. These can be acquired as long as you have minimal experience doing crossfit.
